This package is exactly what it sounds like...come to any class you want, as many times a week as you'd like! Included in this package is a monthly Nutritional Consultation and a Fitness Progress Consultation. Get in the best shape of your life by choosing this option! And remember, our coaches will be there every step of the way! 

CrossFit Class
               3 X Per Week or 12 Class Punch Card 

Don't have time to come every day? Pick and choose when you want to come with a 12-class punch card or if you're trying to create a consistent weekly schedule, choose the 3 times per week membership! 

Chalking Up
              Get SSET & Personal Training Packages

 

One-on-one or small group training sessions come in three different packages and are an hour in duration.

 

Packages include: 

3 sessions per week package

2 sessions per week package

1 session per week package

Choose the right package for you: 

*Get SSET packages are for school-aged athletes in 6th - 12th grades who want to improve in their sport(s).

*Personal Training packages are for adults wanting to reach their physical, health, and/or wellness goals.

Yes, this is a CrossFit class designed specifically for the teen! This class is twice a week every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.

              Mission Nutrition

 

If you are just wanting help with nutrition in order to lose weight or gain wellness, we will make that our mission. This package includes a weekly sit down consultation with your coach who will create a plan for you, guide you, and help you keep accountable. Don't be surprised if you have to do some homework and report back to your coach!
